Minimum Requirements

Must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Global 7500 preferred but NOT Required)

Obtain and maintain an FAA First Class Medical

International Experience Required

5000 hours Total Fixed Wing

2000 hours Multi-Engine Land

3000 hours Pilot-in-Command

2000 hours Turbojet

2500 Turbine time

250 hours Night

75 hours Actual or Simulated Instrument

5 years of aviation experience or more

Must be able to work flexible schedules (Inc holidays & Weekends)

Willing and able to travel worldwide extensively, without any restrictions

Must have a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for safe operation of the Global 7500 aircraft
-
Responsible for conducting flights in a safe and manner in accordance with, but not limited to the following items:
-
Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft
-
The conduct of a proper pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual
-
A complete check of weather and facilities along the route to be flown and airports to be used, including alternate airports
-
Ensure the flight is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of Sun Air Jets and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
-
Ensure the safety of all passengers, aircraft and crew
-
Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with Sun Air Jets current policy and procedures.
When performing duties as the second-in-command (SIC):
-
Assist the pilot-in-command during all phases of flight in accordance with company procedures and flight operations manual.

Completion of duties as assigned by the pilot-in-command.
-
Ensure that manuals and charts are on board the aircraft.
-
Ensures that the aircraft is properly maintained and ready for operation.
-
Maintain clean, stocked aircraft and workplace.
-
Organize catering and other customer specific items are on board the aircraft.
-
Make an immediate report in any hazardous action, conduct or event to the director of safety and security.

Comply with all policies and procedures specified in Sun Air Jets GOM & GMM
-
Submit flight and duty records at the completion of trip.

Complete required training in a timely manner.
-
Maintain harmony and cohesiveness within SAJ, flight operations and the crew members.

Establish a business relationship with clients while providing customer service.

Flight crews are trained with CAE/Flight Safety every 6 months.

Applicants are subject to FAA/DOT drug testing program, pilot records check, background check, fingerprinting and driver’s records check.
