Summit Air is seeking skilled and safety-focused Avro RJ First Officers to join its team in Montreal, QC.

Responsibilities

The Avro RJ First Officer is responsible for operating RJ 85/100 aircraft safely and efficiently, representing Summit Air with the highest level of professionalism. This role involves active participation in comprehensive aircraft pre-flight inspections and execution of all necessary post-flight duties.

Qualifications

• A current Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or have successfully completed the written examination for the IATRA.
• A minimum of 1000 hours Total Flight Time, including at least 500 hours of Multi-Engine time.
• The ability to obtain a Canadian Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• A current Passport with the necessary permissions to travel to the United States and Europe.
• Previous jet experience is preferred but not considered essential.
• Experience operating in High Arctic environments is considered an asset.
• A strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing a robust safety culture.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Montreal, Quebec, or currently reside in the area.
