ATR 72 Captain - Summit Air

Summit Air, a member of the Ledcor Group of Companies, is seeking experienced ATR 72 Captains to join its growing team. This full-time position, based out of Vancouver, BC, offers a rewarding opportunity for pilots seeking stability, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Job Summary:

Summit Air is actively building a pool of qualified ATR Captains to support potential freight operations throughout Western Canada, including Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver. Rotational pilots will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate ATR 72 aircraft as Pilot in Command (PIC) throughout Western Canada and the United States.
• Maintain currency with all available flight information, including weather, applicable NOTAMs, and verify type A flight plans for accuracy.
• Actively participate in pre-flight inspections and complete all post-flight duties.

Qualifications:

• Current Canadian ATPL.
• Minimum 3,000 hours total time, including 1,500 hours PIC.
• 500 hours multi-PIC experience.
• Previous ATR 72 experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to a robust safety culture.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• Ability to obtain a RAIC.
• Ability to fly to the United States.
