Critical Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess proven hands-on fixed-wing flying experience essential for mission readiness and safety. A strong foundation of overall flight time and operational exposure is required, including:
- Total Aeroplane Hours: 3000
- Total Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Hours: 1000
- Night PIC Hours: 100
- King Air BE20 Hours: 200 (with at least 50 hours as PIC on type)
- Multi-crew PIC Hours: 500
- Total PIC Instrument Flight Hours: 75
Essential Qualifications
The following qualifications are essential for this position:
- Valid ATPL or CPL with Instrument Flight (IF) Rating
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid Dangerous Goods and Crew Resource Management (CRM) certifications
- King Air BE20 Type Rating (B190 rating preferred)
Working Environment
- Location: Based in Central Africa, with potential operations in remote or high-demand regions as dictated by mission requirements.
- Rosters: Variable flight schedules; flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours and weekends are essential.
