The Role

A Cabin Crew Member at SriLankan Airlines is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable travel experiences for passengers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort by strictly adhering to company procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist passengers with boarding, seat allocation, and luggage storage.
• Serve meals and address any special passenger requests efficiently and courteously.
• Manage in-flight emergencies and handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
• Promote and support the airline's values, culture, and brand image consistently.

Requirements

• Must be a Female Sri Lankan Citizen.
• Age between 18 and 27 years (as of 14th May 2025).
• Marital Status: Single.
• Education: A minimum of 6 passes at G.C.E. O/L in one sitting, including a Credit in English (from any sitting).
• Language: Fluent in English. Proficiency in foreign languages is considered an added advantage.
• Appearance: Must maintain a smart and professional profile suitable for representing the airline.

Height/Weight Standards

• Minimum height: 157.5 cm OR an arm reach of 212 cm (measured on tiptoes).
• Candidates must meet the required Body Mass Index (BMI) standards.

Training and Next Steps for Successful Candidates

• Successful candidates will be required to achieve a minimum Band 6 score on the IELTS English proficiency test.
• Candidates must successfully complete the SriLankan Airlines’ Cabin Crew Training Programme, which is conducted on a Pay-As-You-Earn basis.
