Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights.
Ensuring passenger safety and comfort by strictly adhering to company procedures and safety protocols.
Assisting passengers with boarding, seat allocation, and luggage storage.
Serving meals and attending to special passenger requests.
Managing in-flight emergencies and handling challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
Promoting and upholding the airline's values, culture, and brand image.

Requirements:

Female Sri Lankan Citizen.
Age below 40 years as of 14th May 2025.
A minimum of 05 years of service experience at SriLankan Airlines or another international airline.
A minimum of 6 passes at G.C.E. O/L obtained in one sitting, including a Credit in English from any sitting.
Fluent proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional foreign languages is considered an advantage.
Candidates must present a smart and professional appearance.

Physical Requirements:

Minimum height of 157.5 cm OR an arm reach of 212 cm (achievable on tiptoes).
Candidates must meet the specified Body Mass Index (BMI) requirements.

Training:

Successful candidates will be required to complete SriLankan Airlines’ Cabin Crew Training Programme on a Pay-As-You-Earn basis.
