Requirements

Possess a B737 type rating for an ICAO ATPL, or a Jet type rating for a JCAB ATPL.

Minimum 1000 hours Pilot In Command (PIC) time with a commercial airline.

Minimum 4000 hours total flight time.

Minimum 3000 hours flight time on jet aircraft.

Minimum 1000 hours EFIS (Electronic Flight Instrument System) experience.

Hold a valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Achieve ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or above.

Age: Below 55 years for ICAO license holders, or 60 years for JCAB license holders (employment extendable up to 67 years of age).

Willingness to travel to Tokyo for assessment, including interview, simulator test, and medical check.
