Captain Position - Citation XLS
Location: Kennesaw, GA (RYY)
Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled aviation professional to join our team as a Captain. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for safety and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and manage the Citation XLS aircraft, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the well-being and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and records.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure seamless operations.
- Exhibit flexibility in adjusting to rapidly changing flight schedules and environments.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Certifications: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (Airplane Multi-Engine Land) required.
- Experience: Minimum 3500 hours total flight experience, including 3000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), with at least 1000 hours of multi-engine time.
- Medical: Valid First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Type Rating: Preferred but not required.
- Safety Record: No accidents or incidents in the past 5 years.
- Travel Restrictions: No restrictions to international travel.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to be on call for flight duty during tour.
- Ability to obtain necessary airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.
- Clear background check through the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
- Valid U.S. Passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with passengers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
- Willingness to work around animals and assist in their handling and care before, during, and after flights.
