Gulfstream G650ER Flight Attendant - Western US Region
Solairus Aviation seeks a dedicated and experienced Flight Attendant to serve on a Gulfstream G650ER, based at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This full-time position requires a professional committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring passenger safety and comfort. The schedule primarily involves domestic business flights planned in advance, with international and non-business flights occurring approximately quarterly. The average history for this account includes 300 flight hours annually, with minimal unscheduled trips.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of personalized service to clients, ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers.
- Direct and assist passengers in emergencies, administering basic first aid, including CPR and AED.
- Secure the cabin in compliance with federal regulations before takeoff and landing.
- Conduct preflight briefings.
- Ensure adequate supplies of food, beverages, blankets, reading materials, and emergency equipment are onboard.
- Procure items specifically requested by passengers.
- Inspect, clean, and stock the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after each leg, maintaining a consistently flight-ready aircraft.
- Conduct periodic cabin checks to ensure passenger comfort and cleanliness.
- Complete preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork.
- Operate audio and video systems.
- Manage bedding, linens, and aircraft back-stock at home base.
- Organize and maintain a semi-private kitchen and passenger lounge at home base.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant, with large-cabin aircraft experience strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
- First Aid Training Certification.
- Flight attendant-specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar is preferred; annual recurrent training is required. Candidates without formal training may be considered but must complete initial flight attendant training before assignment.
- Culinary expertise and a passion for food are essential; advanced culinary training is strongly preferred.
- Background in customer service is required; formal hospitality training is preferred.
- Technological proficiency.

- Ability to manage a constantly changing schedule and late-night flights.
- Availability to fly on short notice.
- Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.
- Ability to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.
- Proficiency in operating Cabin Management Systems and galley equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- College degree preferred.
- Fluency in one or more foreign languages preferred.
- Experience with small children preferred.
Specific Requirements:
- Vision correctable to 20/20.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- Physical capability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to kneel, stoop, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Strength to open/close the main cabin door (up to 130 lbs) and lift supplies (25-30 lbs).
