Solairus Aviation seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Gulfstream G-IV SP Captain to join our team at the KSUA airport in South Florida. As a member of our hardworking team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients while upholding Solairus' unwavering dedication to safety, service, and integrity.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for the safe operation of the Gulfstream G-IV SP aircraft.
• Conduct all flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to all applicable regulations, including:
  • Reviewing aircraft maintenance status.
  • Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections according to the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Completing a comprehensive check of weather and facilities along the flight route and at all airports to be used, including alternate airports.
  • Ensuring flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies and procedures, as well as all Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Prioritizing the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew.
  • Accurately completing all trip documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications

• Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot In Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours
• MEL PIC: 500 hours
• Turbo Jet Time: 500 hours
• Instrument Rating: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications/Certifications

• Type rating on Gulfstream G-IV SP or comparable aircraft.
• First-class medical certificate required.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Completion of annual ICAO International procedures training.
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KSUA or willingness to relocate.

Solairus determines salary ranges based on market conditions and data from multiple industry sources. Compensation for Solairus crewmembers ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, reflecting factors such as geographic location, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and assigned account.
