Gulfstream G550 Captain - South Florida

Solairus Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join its South Florida operation. This is a full-time position requiring a dedicated individual who consistently strives for excellence in all aspects of their work. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure the safe operation of the Gulfstream G550 aircraft in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies and procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
Conduct pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
Thoroughly evaluate weather and facilities along the planned route and at designated airports, including alternate airports.
Maintain the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew members.
Accurately complete all trip paperwork following current procedures.

Qualifications:

Total flight time: 3,000 hours
Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 1,500 hours
Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1,500 hours
MEL PIC time: 500 hours
Turbo Jet time: 500 hours
Instrument time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications:

Type rating on the Gulfstream G550 or a comparable aircraft.
First Class Medical Certificate.
Ability to work on an on-call basis.
Capability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of the South Florida area, or willingness to relocate.

Additional Information:

Solairus Aviation offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, factoring in geographic location, experience, aircraft type, job duties, training, and assigned account.
