Challenger 650 Captain - Northeast, USA
Solairus Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Challenger 650 Captain to join its team, based in the Northeast, USA. The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 650 aircraft, ensuring all flights are conducted with the highest standards of safety, service, and integrity.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensures the safe operation of the Challenger 650 aircraft.
- Conducts flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Reviews aircraft maintenance status and conducts thorough pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Performs comprehensive checks of weather conditions and facilities along planned routes and at designated airports, including alternate landing sites.
- Prioritizes the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew.
- Completes all trip paperwork accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
- Total flight time: 3000 hours.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours.
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours.
- MEL PIC time: 500 hours.
- Turbo Jet time: 500 hours.
- Instrument time: 250 hours.
Specific Qualifications/Certifications:
- Type rating on Challenger 650 or comparable aircraft is required.
- Must hold a First Class Medical Certificate.
- Must be available to work on an on-call basis.
- Must complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
- Primary residence within the Northeast region or willingness to relocate is required.
