Solairus Aviation is actively recruiting a seasoned and dedicated Full-Time Global 6000 Captain to join a premier operation based in the Midwest United States. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Safeguards the safe and efficient operation of the Global 6000 aircraft.
  • Conducts all flights in a safe, prudent, and compliant manner, adhering strictly to, but not limited to, the following protocols:
    • Thoroughly reviews the aircraft's current maintenance status.
    • Executes a comprehensive pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
    • Completes a detailed assessment of weather conditions and facilities along the planned route, including designated alternate airports.
    • Ensures all flight operations are conducted in strict compliance with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
    • Prioritizes and ensures the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the flight crew.
    • Accurately completes all required trip documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications

  • Total Flight Time: 1000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours
  • Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 500 hours
  • MEL Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 100 hours
  • Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 100 hours
  • Instrument Flight Time: 75 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications

  • Must possess a type rating for the Global 6000 or a comparable aircraft.
  • A first-class medical certificate is mandatory.
  • Availability to work on an on-call basis is required.
  • Must successfully complete ICAO International Procedures training annually.
  • Candidates must reside within the Midwest USA region or express a willingness to relocate.

Compensation for Solairus crewmembers typically ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, influenced by factors such as geographic location, professional experience, aircraft type, specific job duties, ongoing training, and the nature of the assigned account.
