Job Overview

Solairus Aviation is actively recruiting a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Global 6000 Captain to join an operation based at KOPF airport. This role offers commutability from across the Eastern United States. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of their performance. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensures the safe and proficient operation of the Global 6000 aircraft.
• Conducts all flights with the utmost safety and prudence, adhering to, but not limited to, the following protocols:
  • Thoroughly reviews the aircraft's maintenance status.
  • Performs comprehensive pre-flight inspections in strict accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Conducts detailed assessments of weather conditions and facilities for the planned route, including alternates.
  • Guarantees flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Prioritizes and ensures the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the flight crew.
  • Accurately completes all required trip documentation according to current procedures.

Pilot Qualifications

• Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) PIC Time: 500 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
• Instrument Flight Time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications

• Must possess a valid Global 6000 type rating.
• A current First Class Medical Certificate is required.
• Must be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Required to complete annual ICAO International Procedures training.
• Primary residence must be located within the Eastern portion of the USA, or a willingness to relocate.

Solairus Aviation gathers comprehensive salary range data based on prevailing market conditions from various industry sources. Crewmember compensation at Solairus ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, influenced by factors such as geographic location, candidate experience, aircraft type, specific job duties, training levels, and the assigned client account.
