Global 6000 Captain
Solairus Aviation seeks a highly skilled and experienced Global 6000 Captain to join its team, supporting an operation based at Opa-locka Executive Airport (KOPF) in Florida. This is a full-time, non-remote position offering commute opportunities from the Eastern United States. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, a commitment to safety, and a dedication to providing outstanding service. Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
- Ensures the safe and efficient operation of the Global 6000 aircraft.
- Conducts flights in accordance with the highest safety standards and applicable regulations, including:
- Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status.
- Performing thorough pre-flight inspections as outlined in the Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Conducting comprehensive weather and facilities checks for the planned route, destination, and alternate airports.
- Adhering to all Solairus Aviation policies and procedures, as well as Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Prioritizing the safety of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft.
- Completing all required trip paperwork accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
- Total flight time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land PIC time: 500 hours
- Turbojet time: 500 hours
- Instrument time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications/Certifications:
- Global 6000 Type Rating
- Valid First Class Medical Certificate
- Ability to work on an on-call basis
- Successful completion of ICAO International procedures training annually
- Primary residence within the Eastern United States or willingness to relocate.
Additional Information:
Solairus Aviation offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the specific requirements of the assigned account. The salary range for crewmembers is $50,000 to $500,000, based on geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and the assigned account.
