Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Flight Attendant for a Gulfstream GV operation based in Austin, Texas. This role is responsible for providing personalized passenger service, ensuring cabin safety, and managing all preflight, inflight, and post-flight duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
• Conduct preflight briefings and explain safety equipment.
• Direct and assist passengers during emergencies.
• Administer basic first aid, including CPR and AED.
• Secure the cabin before takeoff and landing.
• Reassure passengers during turbulence or other unsettling situations.
• Ensure sufficient supplies for each trip, including food, beverages, blankets, and reading materials.
• Shop for specially requested passenger items.
• Inspect, clean, and stock the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after each leg.
• Conduct periodic cabin checks.
• Complete preflight, inflight, and post-flight paperwork.
• Operate the aircraft's audio and video systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• First Aid Training Certification.
• Culinary skills and culinary-specific training.
• Technological proficiency.
• Flexibility and patience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a constantly changing schedule and late-night flights.
• Ability to respond within 2-3 hours when on standby.
• Worldwide travel availability without restriction.
• Readiness for short-notice and extended deployments, up to 16 consecutive days.
• Ability to operate cabin management systems, galley equipment, and cabin features.
• Proficiency with the aircraft's seating and divan-bed configurations.
• Correctable vision of 20/20 or better.
• Clear speech.
• Adequate hearing.
• Physical ability to stand for up to 14 hours with limited sitting.
• Physical ability to maneuver in tight aircraft spaces.
• Physical ability to kneel in the luggage compartment.
• Physical ability to open and close a main cabin door weighing up to 130 pounds.
• Physical ability to repeatedly lift supplies weighing approximately 25 to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Formal flight attendant training is preferred.
• Candidates without formal training may be considered if they complete initial training before flight assignment.
