Overview
This requisition is primarily utilized for the onboarding of flight attendants who have been contacted to complete per diem trips. Essential Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

Direct and assist passengers during emergency situations.

Administer first aid, CPR, and AED; ensure cabin compliance with federal regulations.

Conduct preflight briefings and ensure all necessary supplies, food, and beverages are onboard.

Manage passenger-requested items and maintain the cleanliness of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.

Execute pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.

Operate cabin management, audio, and video systems.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and First Aid Training Certification required.

Flight attendant-specific training (e.g., FlightSafety, FACTs) is preferred; annual recurrent training is mandatory.

Must possess culinary skills and specific culinary training.

Technologically savvy with the ability to operate cabin management systems and galley equipment.

Flexibility to manage changing schedules, late-night flights, and the ability to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.

Availability to fly on short notice (2-3 hour response time when on standby).

Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.

Excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and patience.

College degree, foreign language fluency, and experience with small children are considered assets.
Physical Requirements

Vision/Communication:
Must be able to read reports and charts; vision correctable to 20/20. Must be able to speak clearly and communicate effectively in-flight.

Mobility:
Able to stand for up to 14 hours; capable of kneeling, stooping, and maneuvering in tight aircraft confinements.

Strength:
Ability to push/pull cabin doors weighing up to 130 pounds and repeatedly lift supplies weighing 25 to 30 pounds from floor to waist height.
Compensation
Solairus crewmembers are compensated within a range of $50,000 to $500,000, determined by geographic area, experience, aircraft type, job duties, training, and assigned accounts.
