Solairus Aviation is seeking a qualified First Officer (FO) for a full-time position operating the Citation XLS+ aircraft at the KAUS airport in Austin, TX. About the Role

The Second-in-Command (SIC) plays a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of the Citation XLS+ aircraft. Key responsibilities include meticulous pre-flight inspections, thorough weather and route analysis, adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies, and ensuring the utmost safety for passengers, crew, and the aircraft. Accurate completion of all trip paperwork is also an essential duty.

Requirements

• Total Flight Time: 1000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land PIC Time: 100 hours
• Turbo Jet Time: 100 hours
• Instrument Flight Time: 75 hours
• Must be able to work on an on-call basis.
• Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KAUS or willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Type rated on Citation XLS+ or comparable aircraft.
• Valid First Class Medical Certificate required.
