Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Global 8000 Captain for an operation based in Florida. This role involves the safe operation of the aircraft and meeting client travel needs while adhering to the company's high standards of safety, service, and integrity.

About the Role

The Global 8000 Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies. Key duties include reviewing aircraft maintenance status, conducting thorough preflight inspections and route checks, prioritizing the safety of passengers and crew, and meticulously completing all trip documentation. The Captain will work collaboratively to fulfill client travel requirements and maintain the company's reputation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
• 1,500 hours of flight time as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• 1,500 hours of flight time in multi-engine land aircraft.
• 500 hours of flight time as PIC in multi-engine land aircraft.
• 500 hours of flight time in turbojet aircraft.
• 250 hours of instrument time.
• Must hold a type rating on the Global 8000 or a comparable aircraft.
• Must possess a current first-class medical certificate.
• Must be available for on-call duties.
• Must complete ICAO international procedures training annually.
• Primary residence must be in Florida, or willingness to relocate to Florida is required.

Qualifications

• Global 8000 type rating or comparable aircraft type rating.
• First-class medical certificate.
