Solairus Aviation | Captain

Solairus Aviation seeks a full-time Falcon 900DX Captain to operate from Opa-locka Executive Airport (KOPF) in Florida. The Captain will serve as pilot-in-command, leading the flight crew in ensuring the safe and expert execution of client travel, while upholding Solairus Aviation's commitment to safety, service, and integrity. This role operates on an on-call basis and requires the crewmember to reside within a two-hour drive of KOPF or be willing to relocate.

About the Role

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of the Falcon 900DX.
• Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Review aircraft maintenance status and conduct thorough pre-flight inspections.
• Analyze weather, facilities, and route information for planned flights and alternates.
• Prioritize the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew.
• Accurately complete all required trip paperwork.
• Perform duties on an on-call basis.

Requirements

• Minimum flight experience of 3,000 hours total time.
• 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• 1,500 hours in multi-engine land (MEL) aircraft.
• 500 hours in MEL PIC.
• 500 hours in turbojet aircraft.
• 250 hours of instrument flight time.
• Type rating on the Falcon 900DX or a comparable aircraft.
• Valid first-class medical certificate.
• Availability for on-call duties.
• Annual completion of ICAO international procedures training.
• Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KOPF or willingness to relocate.
