The role involves collaborating with the flight crew and client operations, completing essential flight and trip documentation, and maintaining availability for on-call assignments.
The Captain is entrusted with the safe operation of the Challenger 605, ensuring all flights are conducted prudently and in strict accordance with Solairus Aviation's policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. Key responsibilities include reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status, conducting comprehensive pre-flight inspections as per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual, and meticulously checking weather, facilities, and airports along the planned route, including alternates. The Captain will ensure adherence to company procedures and regulations, prioritize the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew, and accurately complete all required trip paperwork.
