Snohomish Flying Service, a busy and long-established FAR 141 approved flight school, is seeking a qualified and professional Fixed-Wing CFII/MEI Flight Instructor. Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest near Seattle and the scenic San Juan Islands, the school provides comprehensive flight training services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the provision of flight, simulator, and ground instruction, adhering strictly to FAA Part 141/61 regulations and the Snohomish Flying Service Training Course Outline. This role includes managing and participating in student scheduling, meticulously maintaining student records, and ensuring that all students meet established lesson objectives and completion standards. The instructor will also contribute to professional pilot training programs, including those for international students.
Required qualifications include a professional appearance and attitude, along with a strong ability to adhere to scheduling requirements. Essential skills include excellent record-keeping abilities and proven effectiveness as a communicator.
