Flight Instructor Position at Snohomish Flying Service

Snohomish Flying Service, a well-established FAR 141 approved flight school situated in the picturesque Pacific Northwest and San Juan Island region, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flight Instructor with a Commercial Flight Instructor (CFII) and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) certification.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development of aspiring pilots in a close-knit team setting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing exceptional flight, simulator, and ground instruction to students pursuing their aviation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and actively participate in the delivery of flight, simulator, and ground instruction in accordance with FAA Part 141/61 regulations and Snohomish Flying Service Training Course Outline.
• Manage student schedules and maintain comprehensive records, ensuring adherence to lesson objectives and completion standards.
• Provide professional pilot training to international students.

Qualifications:

• Current Commercial Flight Instructor (CFII) and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) certifications.
• Professional demeanor and appearance, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining a structured schedule.
• Excellent record-keeping skills and effective communication abilities are essential.
