Want a high flying and exciting career? Smartair is seeking a self-starting, motivated junior flight instructor to join our team in providing quality flight instruction and assisting in driving the growth of the business on a permanent part-time basis.

The Instructor’s role is to facilitate theory and flight training and co-ordinate with other instructors and to report to the Head of Operations to achieve desirable and safe outcomes for the students.

To qualify for this position, you will need to meet the following criteria;

• Hold a Commercial Pilot Licence with a Grade 3 Instructor endorsement.
• Hold a RAA Flight Instructor Rating.
• Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Dangerous goods training.

Desirable:

• Design Feature training endorsement.
• NVFR training endorsement.
