Skyservice Business Aviation is seeking a Lead Captain to operate the Learjet 75 aircraft from its Dorval, Quebec base. This role involves leading flight crew and managing all aspects of international flight operations, ensuring a secure, efficient, and client-centric travel experience within Skyservice's extensive North American business aviation network.

About the Role

The Lead Captain is responsible for the safe and proficient operation of the Lear 75 aircraft, overseeing all flight phases from takeoff to landing. This position emphasizes adherence to stringent safety protocols, company operational manuals, and regulatory requirements. The role contributes to Skyservice's commitment to operational excellence and team collaboration within its business aviation services, which span aircraft management, charter, maintenance, sales, and FBO operations across Canada and the United States.

Requirements

• Valid Canadian ATPL License.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum of 2,500 hours of total flying time.
• Minimum of 500 hours of jet flight time.
• Minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• LR45 type rating is required.
• Lear 75 experience is considered a strong asset.
• International flying experience is preferred.
• Must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
• Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to travel without restriction.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Canadian ATPL License is mandatory.
• A current Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
• The role demands a minimum of 2,500 total flight hours.
• A minimum of 500 hours of experience in jet aircraft is necessary.
• A minimum of 2,000 hours serving as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) is a prerequisite.
