About the Role
SkyWest Airlines, the largest independently owned regional airline, is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Flight Attendants. This dynamic position focuses on ensuring passenger safety and providing exceptional customer service onboard our aircraft. Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.

Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks, and conduct onboard sales.

Greet passengers, assist with baggage, and deliver onboard announcements.

Provide leadership and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Calmly resolve passenger issues, including medical emergencies and disorderly conduct.

Inspect and operate aircraft cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Adhere to established procedures and performance standards without direct supervision.
Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book valid for at least 12 months following the application date, along with any necessary visas for travel between the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for conveying safety information and writing reports.

Comfortable utilizing basic functions of electronic devices and PEDs for in-flight systems and duties.

Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, up to 16 hours.

Ability to travel frequently and spend extended periods alone and without supervision.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile after successful completion of training.

Physical requirements include height between 5'0" and 6'0" (without shoes), the ability to perform tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 45 pounds, and pushing/pulling beverage carts up to 250 pounds.

Corrected vision should not exceed 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Professional, neat, and clean appearance is required, with specific guidelines on hairstyles, colors, piercings, and tattoos.
