Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks, and handle onboard sales.

Greet passengers, assist with baggage stowage, and deliver onboard announcements.

Provide effective leadership and assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Calmly resolve passenger situations, including medical emergencies and disorderly conduct.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations by inspecting and operating aircraft cabin components and emergency equipment.

Adhere to established procedures and performance standards without supervision.
Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency required.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book valid for at least 12 months following the application date, along with any necessary visas for travel between the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for providing safety information and writing reports.

Comfort utilizing basic functions of electronic devices and PEDs for audio/video systems, in-flight purchases, and training duties.

Willingness to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and spend lengthy periods away from home without supervision.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile after successful completion of training.
Physical and Other Requirements

Height and weight must be within specific limits to ensure safe operation of the aircraft and allow for unrestricted movement within the cabin (e.g., fitting in a jump seat with harness, moving through the aisle, operating emergency exits). Height between 5'0" and 6'0" without shoes is required.

Physically capable of frequent walking, bending, reaching, opening emergency exits, closing aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs), pushing beverage carts (up to 250 lbs), and lifting/transporting items.

Corrected vision must not exceed 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHz.

Professional, neat, and clean overall appearance.

No extreme hair styles or colors.

Specific requirements for piercings and tattoos, with limitations on size, location, and visibility.
