Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of customers onboard the aircraft.

Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks, and sell onboard items.

Greet passengers, assist with baggage stowage, and deliver onboard announcements.

Provide leadership and assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Calmly resolve passenger situations, including disorderly conduct and medical emergencies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations by inspecting and operating aircraft cabin components and emergency equipment.

Adhere to established procedures and performance standards without supervision.
Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book, valid for at least 12 months following the application date, and any necessary visas for travel to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for providing safety information and writing reports.

Comfortable utilizing basic functions of electronic devices and PEDs for in-flight duties.

Willingness to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and spend lengthy periods alone and without supervision.

Reliable and punctual.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile after successful completion of training.
Physical and Other Requirements
-
Height and weight must allow for safe aircraft operation, including fitting in jump seats, moving through the cabin, and operating emergency exits. Height must be between 5'0" and 6'0" without shoes.

Physically capable of performing tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching, opening emergency exits, closing aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs), pushing beverage carts (up to 250 lbs), and lifting/transporting items.

Corrected vision not exceeding 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Professional, neat, and clean overall appearance.

No extreme hair styles or colors.

Permitted piercings: single stud nose piercing (2mm or smaller), two piercings per ear. Gauges must be plugged and not exceed ½”. Other facial piercings are not permitted.

Visible tattoos are permitted with limitations; those not within guidelines must be covered. Offensive tattoos must not be visible.

Must wear a company-issued uniform and compliant face mask/covering as required.
Compensation and Benefits
-
Guaranteed 76 flight hours as a reserve after completing initial training.

Starting pay of $30.32 per flight hour.
-
Per diem of $2.25 for every hour on duty away from domicile.
