Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks, and conduct onboard sales.

Greet passengers, assist with baggage, and deliver onboard announcements.

Provide leadership and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Calmly resolve passenger issues, including medical emergencies and disorderly conduct.

Inspect and operate aircraft cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment to ensure safety regulation compliance.

Adhere to established procedures and performance standards without supervision.
Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years.

High school diploma or equivalency.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book valid for at least 12 months from the application date, along with any necessary visas for travel between the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for safety information dissemination and report writing.

Comfortable using basic functions of electronic devices and PEDs for in-flight systems and purchases.

Willingness to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and spend extended periods alone and without supervision.

Reliability and punctuality.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile upon successful completion of training. Qualifications

Height between 5'0" and 6'0" without shoes, allowing for safe operation of aircraft and cabin access.

Physically capable of frequent walking, bending, reaching, opening emergency exits, closing aircraft doors (up to 45 pounds), and pushing/pulling beverage carts (up to 250 pounds).

Corrected vision not exceeding 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Professional, neat, and clean overall appearance.
-
No extreme hair styles or colors.

Specific piercing guidelines: single stud nose piercing (2mm or smaller), two piercings per ear allowed. Gauges must be plugged with clear or skin-toned plugs not exceeding ½”. Other facial, mouth, or tongue piercings are prohibited.

Visible tattoos are permitted with limitations on dimension and location; tattoos outside these guidelines must be covered by the uniform or skin-tone compatible makeup. Offensive tattoos must not be visible.

Must wear a company-issued uniform and compliant face mask/covering as required.
