Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers onboard aircraft.

Contribute to a positive and productive work environment for both employees and customers.

Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks, and conduct onboard sales.

Greet passengers, assist with carry-on baggage, and deliver onboard announcements.

Provide leadership and assistance in both emergency and non-emergency situations.

Calmly resolve passenger issues, including disorderly conduct and medical emergencies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations by inspecting and operating aircraft cabin components and emergency equipment.

Adhere to established procedures and performance standards without supervision.
Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency required.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book valid for at least 12 months following the application date, along with any necessary visas for travel between the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for safety information delivery and report writing.

Comfortable using basic functions of electronic devices and PEDs for in-flight systems and duties.

Willingness to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and spend extended periods alone and without supervision.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile after successful completion of training.
Physical and Appearance Requirements

Height between 5'0" and 6'0" without shoes, allowing for safe operation of aircraft and movement within the cabin.

Physically capable of performing tasks including frequent walking, bending, reaching, opening emergency exits, closing aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs), and pushing beverage carts (up to 250 lbs).

Corrected vision not exceeding 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHz.

Professional, neat, and clean overall appearance.

No extreme hairstyles or colors.

Specific guidelines for piercings and visible tattoos, requiring concealment if necessary.

Must wear a company-issued uniform and compliant face mask/covering as required.
