Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of customers onboard the aircraft.

Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks, and conduct onboard sales.

Greet passengers, assist with carry-on baggage stowage, and deliver onboard announcements.

Provide leadership and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Calmly resolve passenger issues during flights, including medical emergencies or disorderly conduct.

Inspect and safely operate aircraft cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Adhere to established procedures and performance standards independently.
Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalency.

Hold a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book, valid for at least 12 months from the application date, along with any necessary visas for travel between the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for providing safety information and writing detailed reports.

Comfortable using electronic devices and PEDs for audio/video systems, in-flight purchases, and training duties.

Willingness to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and spend extended periods alone and without supervision.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile post-training.
Physical and Appearance Qualifications

Height and weight must permit safe aircraft operation, including fitting in a jump seat with harness, moving in the cabin aisle, and operating emergency exits.

Height must be between 5'0" and 6'0" without shoes.

Physically capable of frequent walking, bending, reaching, opening emergency exits, closing aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs), pushing beverage carts (up to 250 lbs), and lifting items.

Corrected vision must not exceed 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Professional, neat, and clean overall appearance.

No extreme hairstyles or colors.

Specific restrictions on piercings and visible tattoos are in place and must be managed according to company guidelines.

Must wear a company-issued uniform and compliant face mask/covering as required.
