Ensure the safety and comfort of customers onboard the aircraft.

Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks; manage onboard sales.

Greet passengers, assist with carry-on baggage, and deliver onboard announcements.

Provide effective leadership and assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Resolve passenger situations calmly during flight, including disorderly conduct and medical emergencies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations by inspecting and safely operating aircraft cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment (e.g., escape slides, fire extinguishers, portable oxygen bottles, AEDs).

Adhere to established procedures and performance standards independently.
Qualifications

Minimum 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency required.

Current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book (valid for 12+ months post-application) and necessary visas for travel between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for safety information and detailed report writing.

Proficiency in basic electronic device functions for in-flight and training duties.
Requirements

Willingness to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and work independently for extended periods.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile after training, with locations across major U.S. cities including, but not limited to: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA.

Height must be between 5'0" to 6'0" without shoes, with overall height/weight allowing for safe operation within aircraft dimensions (e.g., jump seat, cabin aisle, emergency exits).

Physically able to perform tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, and reaching; open emergency exits and close aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs); push/pull beverage carts (up to 250 lbs); and lift/store/transport items.

Corrected vision not exceeding 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Maintain a professional, neat, and clean overall appearance, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.

No extreme hair styles or colors.

Permitted piercings: Single stud nose piercing (2mm or smaller), two piercings per ear. Gauges must be plugged with clear/skin-toned plugs, not exceeding ½”. Other facial, mouth, or tongue piercings are not permitted.

Visible tattoos permitted with limitations on dimension and location. Tattoos outside guidelines must be covered by uniform or skin-tone compatible makeup (bandages not approved). Offensive tattoos must not be visible.
