The Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety and well-being of passengers during flights. Key duties include providing superior customer service, serving meals and beverages, and managing various in-flight situations. Responsibilities

Ensure passenger safety and comfort onboard aircraft.

Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight amenities, including beverages, meals, and snacks.

Assist passengers with carry-on baggage and make onboard announcements.

Provide leadership and assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Effectively resolve passenger concerns and medical emergencies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations by inspecting and operating cabin components and emergency equipment.

Adhere to established procedures and performance standards independently.
Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must possess a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book valid for at least 12 months following the application date, along with any necessary visas for travel to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for safety information delivery and report writing.

Proficiency in using basic electronic devices and PEDs for in-flight systems and duties.

Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, up to 16 hours per day.

Ability to travel frequently and spend extended periods alone and unsupervised.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile upon successful completion of training.
Physical and Appearance Requirements

Height and weight must permit safe operation of aircraft and allow for specific physical tasks (e.g., fitting in jump seats, fastening harnesses, moving through aisles, operating emergency exits).

Height must be between 5'0" and 6'0" without shoes.

Physically capable of frequent walking, bending, reaching, opening emergency exits, closing aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs), pushing beverage carts (up to 250 lbs), and lifting/transporting items.

Corrected vision should not exceed 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Professional, neat, and clean overall appearance.

No extreme hairstyles or colors permitted.

Specific guidelines apply to piercings and visible tattoos; certain tattoos must be covered.
