Primary Job Duties

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers onboard the aircraft.

Contribute consistently to a positive and productive work environment.

Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks; manage onboard liquor and food sales.

Greet passengers, assist with carry-on baggage stowage, and deliver official onboard announcements.

Provide effective leadership and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Resolve passenger-related situations professionally, including medical emergencies and disorderly conduct.

Ensure regulatory compliance by inspecting and operating cabin systems and emergency equipment, including escape slides, fire extinguishers, portable oxygen bottles, and AEDs.

Adhere to established performance standards and procedures independently.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum age: 21 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport (valid for at least 12 months from the application date) and necessary visas for travel between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to write clear, factual reports regarding security or emergency events.

Proficiency in utilizing electronic devices and Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) for training, flight duties, and transactions.

Willingness to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and work autonomously for extended periods.

Proven reliability and punctuality.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ.
Physical and Appearance Standards

Height must be between 5'0" and 6'0" (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft and access to emergency exits/jump seats.

Must be physically capable of walking, bending, reaching, operating heavy cabin doors (up to 45 lbs), and pushing/pulling beverage carts (up to 250 lbs).

Corrected vision not to exceed 20/40; hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Professional appearance: No extreme hairstyles or colors; specific guidelines apply to piercings and tattoos.

Must be willing to wear a company-issued uniform and face covering as required.
Compensation and Benefits
-
Starting Pay: $30.32 per flight hour (guaranteed 76 flight hours per month as a reserve).

Per Diem: $2.25 for every hour on duty away from the home domicile.
