Primary Job Duties
The primary responsibility of a Flight Attendant is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers. Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring passenger safety and providing high-quality customer service.

Preparing, serving, and restocking in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks, as well as managing onboard retail sales.

Greeting passengers, assisting with carry-on baggage, and delivering professional onboard announcements.

Providing leadership during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Resolving passenger conflicts and managing medical emergencies calmly and effectively.

Inspecting and operating cabin safety equipment, including escape slides, fire extinguishers, oxygen systems, and AEDs.

Maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and operational standards independently.

Contributing to a positive, productive work environment for both passengers and crew.
Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport (valid for at least 12 months) and all necessary visas for travel to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for safety briefings and detailed incident reporting.

Proficiency in utilizing electronic devices and Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) for operational and training tasks.

Ability to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and work independently.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Willingness to relocate to a designated crew domicile following successful training (Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Tucson, AZ).
Physical and Professional Standards

Height must be between 5’0” and 6’0” (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft exits and jump seats.

Physical ability to walk frequently, bend, reach above shoulder level, operate aircraft doors/exits (up to 45 lbs), and push/pull beverage carts (up to 250 lbs).

Corrected vision must not exceed 20/40; hearing must be within normal or corrected range (15-17kHZ).

Professional appearance standards apply, including specific grooming requirements regarding hair, jewelry (nose/ear piercings), and visibility of tattoos.

Must wear company-issued uniforms and compliant face coverings as required.
Compensation and Benefits
-
Starting pay is $30.32 per flight hour.
-
Guaranteed 76 flight hours per month for reserve status (post-training).

Per diem of $2.25 for every hour on duty away from domicile.
