Primary Job Duties

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.

Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Prepare, serve, and restock in-flight food and beverage offerings, including onboard sales.

Greet passengers, assist with baggage stowage, and manage onboard announcements.

Provide leadership and direction during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Resolve passenger-related issues, including medical emergencies and disorderly conduct.

Maintain safety compliance by inspecting and operating aircraft cabin systems and emergency equipment (e.g., escape slides, fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, and AEDs).

Perform duties independently while adhering to strict performance standards.
Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency required.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport (valid for at least 12 months from application date) and necessary visas for travel to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for safety briefings and technical reporting.

Proficiency with electronic devices and PEDs for operational, safety, and training tasks.

Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (up to 16-hour shifts).

Ability to travel frequently and work autonomously.

Reliability and punctuality.

Must be willing to relocate to a designated crew domicile: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ.
Physical and Operational Standards

Height must be between 5’0” and 6’0” (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft emergency exits and jump seats.

Must be physically capable of walking, bending, reaching, and operating cabin doors weighing up to 45 pounds.

Ability to push/pull beverage carts weighing up to 250 pounds.

Vision must be correctable to 20/40; hearing must be within normal range (15-17kHZ).

Adherence to professional appearance standards, including specific regulations regarding hair, tattoos, and piercings.

Must wear company-issued uniforms and required personal protective equipment.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay: $30.32 per flight hour.

Monthly Guarantee: 76 flight hours (minimum pay of $2,304.32 gross per month).

Per Diem: $2.25 for every hour on duty away from the assigned domicile.
