Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.

Provide exceptional customer service, including the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and beverages.

Manage onboard sales of liquor and food products.

Assist passengers with boarding, carry-on baggage, and onboard announcements.

Exercise leadership during emergency and non-emergency situations, including medical events and disorderly passenger management.

Conduct pre-flight inspections of aircraft cabin components and emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers, oxygen systems, and AEDs.

Contribute to a productive, positive, and safe work environment while adhering to all company regulations and performance standards.
Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book (valid for at least 12 months from the application date) and necessary visas for travel between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to write factual reports regarding security or emergency events.

Proficiency in utilizing electronic devices and Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) for training, in-flight sales, and audio-video operations.

Ability to work varied shifts of up to 16 hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to travel frequently and work independently.

Willingness to relocate to assigned crew domiciles: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ.
Physical and Appearance Standards

Height must be between 5’0” and 6’0” (without shoes) to safely operate aircraft equipment and access jump seats.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, bending, reaching, and operating aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs) and moving beverage carts (up to 250 lbs).

Vision corrected to no more than 20/40; hearing range of 15-17kHZ.

Must maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance.

Uniforms and face coverings must be worn in accordance with company policy.

Specific guidelines apply to tattoos, hair styles, and piercings (e.g., single stud nose piercing 2mm or smaller allowed; limited ear piercings; offensive tattoos must be covered).
Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $30.32 per flight hour.

Guaranteed 76 flight hours per month for reserve status following successful completion of Initial New Hire training.

Per diem of $2.25 per duty hour away from base.
