Job Title: Flight Attendant

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.

Provide exceptional customer service, including the preparation and service of beverages, meals, and snacks, as well as the sale of onboard liquor and food.

Greet passengers, assist with baggage stowage, and deliver clear onboard announcements.

Maintain a positive, productive environment for colleagues and passengers.

Provide expert leadership in both emergency and non-emergency situations.

Resolve passenger disputes and manage medical emergencies with professional composure.

Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including the inspection and operation of aircraft cabin systems and emergency equipment (e.g., escape slides, fire extinguishers, AEDs, and oxygen bottles).

Adhere to all operational procedures and performance standards independently.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Possession of a valid U.S. or foreign passport book (valid for at least 12 months from the application date) and necessary visas for travel between the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to write factual, detailed reports regarding safety and security incidents.

Proficiency in utilizing electronic devices and Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) for operational and training tasks.

Flexibility to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working without supervision.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile (Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ).
Physical and Appearance Standards

Height must be between 5'0" and 6'0" (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft equipment and proper fit in jump seats.

Must be physically capable of frequent walking, bending, reaching, opening emergency exits/doors (up to 45 lbs), and maneuvering beverage carts (up to 250 lbs).

Corrected vision must not exceed 20/40; hearing must be within the 15-17kHz range.

Maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance, adhering to company uniform and grooming guidelines regarding hair, tattoos, and piercings.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting Pay:
$30.32 per flight hour, with a 76-hour monthly guarantee ($2,304.32 gross per month).

Per Diem:
$2.25 per duty hour away from the assigned domicile.
