Primary Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.

Provide exceptional customer service, including the preparation and service of meals, snacks, and beverages, as well as the sale of onboard items.

Greet passengers, assist with cabin luggage stowage, and deliver professional onboard announcements.

Maintain a positive, productive work environment for both crew and passengers.

Exercise effective leadership during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Resolve passenger-related challenges, including medical emergencies and disorderly conduct, in a calm and professional manner.

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations by inspecting and operating aircraft cabin equipment, including emergency slides, fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, and AEDs.

Operate with high levels of self-motivation and adherence to established performance standards without direct supervision.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must possess a valid U.S. or foreign passport book (valid for at least 12 months from the application date) and necessary visas for travel between the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Proficiency in English communication, including the ability to write clear, factual reports regarding security and safety events.

Competence in utilizing electronic devices and Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) for flight duties, training, and point-of-sale transactions.

Availability to work varied shifts of up to 16 hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Capability to travel frequently and work independently.

Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile (Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ).
Physical and Technical Requirements

Height must be between 5'0" and 6'0" (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft emergency exits and jump seats.

Must possess the physical capability to walk frequently, bend, reach above shoulder level, and operate aircraft doors/exits weighing up to 45 lbs.

Ability to push or pull beverage carts weighing up to 250 lbs.

Vision must be corrected to 20/40; hearing must be within 15-17kHz range.

Professional appearance standards apply, including specific guidelines regarding hair, piercings (limited to single 2mm nose stud and two earrings per ear), and visible tattoos.

Must wear company-issued uniforms and compliant face coverings as mandated.
Compensation
-
Starting pay: $30.32 per flight hour.
-
Guaranteed 76 flight hours per month for reserve status upon completion of training.

Per Diem: $2.25 for every hour on duty away from the assigned domicile.
