Primary Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.

Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Manage in-flight services, including the preparation and sale of beverages, meals, and snacks.

Assist passengers with boarding, carry-on baggage stowage, and provide necessary cabin announcements.

Provide professional leadership during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Maintain cabin safety compliance by inspecting and operating emergency equipment, including escape slides, fire extinguishers, oxygen systems, and AEDs.

Resolve passenger concerns, including medical or security incidents, with composure.

Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures without the need for direct supervision.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Possession of a valid U.S. or foreign passport (valid for at least 12 months from the application date) and necessary visas for travel between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to write factual reports regarding flight events.

Proficiency with electronic devices and Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) for training and in-flight operational tasks.

Flexibility to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and work independently for extended periods.

Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile, including: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ.
Physical and Professional Standards

Height must be between 5’0” and 6’0” (without shoes) to safely operate aircraft equipment and utilize jump seats.

Must be physically capable of frequent walking, bending, reaching, and operating emergency exits/doors weighing up to 45 lbs.

Must be able to push and pull beverage carts weighing up to 250 lbs.
-
Corrected vision not to exceed 20/40; hearing range must be within 15-17kHZ (normal or corrected).

Professional appearance standards apply; specific guidelines regarding tattoos, piercings, and hair styles must be maintained.

Must be willing to wear a company-issued uniform and face coverings as required.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay is $30.32 per flight hour.
-
Guaranteed 76 flight hours per month for new hires upon completion of training.

Per diem of $2.25 per hour while on duty away from the home domicile.
