Primary Job Duties
The Flight Attendant role is a dynamic and essential position focused on the safety and comfort of passengers. Responsibilities include:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers onboard.

Providing exceptional customer service, including the preparation and service of beverages, meals, and snacks.

Greeting passengers, assisting with cabin stowage, and delivering professional onboard announcements.

Operating and inspecting aircraft safety equipment, including escape slides, fire extinguishers, oxygen systems, and AEDs.

Providing leadership during emergency and non-emergency situations, including the resolution of passenger conflict and medical incidents.

Maintaining a positive, productive work environment while adhering to company procedures and safety regulations independently.
Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency required.

Possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book (valid for at least 12 months from application date) and necessary visas for travel in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to write clear, factual, and detailed reports.

Proficiency in using electronic devices (PEDs) for operational and training tasks.

Willingness to work varied shifts of up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and work autonomously.

Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to relocate to a company-assigned crew domicile (including, but not limited to: Atlanta, Austin, Boise, Chicago, Colorado Springs, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Detroit, Fresno, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Palm Springs, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, or Tucson).
Physical and Professional Standards

Height between 5’0” and 6’0” (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft and access to emergency exits.

Physical capability to walk frequently, bend, reach above shoulder level, open/close aircraft doors (up to 45 lbs), and maneuver beverage carts (up to 250 lbs).

Corrected vision not to exceed 20/40; hearing within 15-17kHZ range.

Professional appearance: Adherence to strict grooming standards regarding hair, tattoos, and piercings is required. Uniforms and compliant face coverings must be worn as directed.
Compensation and Benefits
Upon successful completion of Initial New Hire training, Flight Attendants are guaranteed 76 flight hours per month. The starting rate is $30.32 per flight hour, resulting in a base compensation of $2,304.32 gross per month. Additionally, crew members receive $2.25 per diem for every hour on duty away from their home domicile.
