Pilot Opportunity
SkyWest Airlines is seeking professional, safety-conscious individuals to join our flight operations team. As a pilot, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft while maintaining the high standards of our flight department.
Primary Responsibilities

Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in conducting flights safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with the PIC and passenger service personnel to ensure prompt departures.

Assist or relieve the PIC in the manipulation of aircraft flight controls, including taxiing, takeoff, and landing procedures.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age.

Hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings.

Possess an English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE) on Airman Certificate.

Hold a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Must be a U.S. citizen or provide proof of legal right to work in the U.S.

Possess a current FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.

Hold a valid passport or documentation enabling free exit and re-entry to the U.S.

Availability to work any day, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be within three months of meeting minimum hour requirements.

Must meet experience requirements defined in FAR 61.159 prior to employment.

Applicants with helicopter or glider experience must have a minimum of 250 PIC hours of fixed-wing time.
ATP Written Requirement
For candidates who successfully pass the pilot interview, SkyWest provides access to a SkyWest-approved CTP course to assist in completing the ATP requirement.
