First Officer Position at SkyWest Charter
SkyWest Charter (SWC) presents exceptional opportunities for aviation professionals to advance their careers. As a First Officer at SWC, you will have the opportunity to operate jet aircraft to a variety of domestic and international destinations. SWC operates under 14CFR Part 135 while upholding the same rigorous standards of safety, reliability, and service as a Part 121 operation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in conducting safe and efficient flight operations.
- Collaborate with the PIC and passenger service personnel to ensure timely departures.
- Assist or relieve the PIC in manipulating the aircraft controls during taxiing, takeoff, and landing.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest level of safety.
Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Airman Certificate must include an English Proficient endorsement.
- Hold a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Be a U.S. citizen or possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Hold an FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit.
- Possess a valid passport and other travel documents allowing for unrestricted entry and exit from the United States.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exhibit a strong customer service orientation, high integrity, a positive attitude, and polished professional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate availability to work any day of the week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
