Prepare, serve, restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks; manage onboard liquor and food sales.

Greet passengers, assist with carry-on baggage, and deliver onboard announcements.

Provide effective leadership and assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Calmly resolve passenger situations, including disorderly passengers and medical emergencies.

Inspect and operate aircraft cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment (e.g., escape slides, fire extinguishers, portable oxygen bottles, AED) for safety compliance.

Adhere to established procedures and performance standards independently.
Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid U.S. or foreign passport book, valid for 12 months post-application, plus necessary visas for travel between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal for safety information, written for detailed reports).

Proficiency with basic electronic devices (PEDs) for audio/video systems, in-flight purchases, and training duties.

Willingness to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and work unsupervised for lengthy periods.

Reliable and punctual.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned SkyWest crew domicile after successful InFlight Training, including: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Tucson, AZ.
Physical Requirements

Height between 5’0” to 6’0” without shoes.

Height and weight must permit safe aircraft operation (e.g., jump seat fit, cabin movement, emergency exit operation).

Physically able to walk, bend below ankle level, reach above shoulder level; open 45lb emergency exits/doors; push/pull 250lb beverage carts; lift, store, transport, and reach for items.

Corrected vision not exceeding 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Maintain a professional, neat, and clean appearance.

No extreme hair styles or colors.

Single stud nose piercing (max 2mm); two ear piercings allowed. Gauges must be clear/skin-toned plugs, max ½”. Other facial, mouth, or tongue piercings prohibited.

Visible tattoos permitted within dimension/location limits; non-compliant tattoos require uniform or skin-tone makeup coverage (bandages not approved). Offensive tattoos must be invisible.
