Position Overview: Flight Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout flight operations.

Perform in-flight service duties, including the preparation and sale of beverages, meals, and snacks.

Greet passengers, assist with baggage stowage, and conduct all required onboard announcements.

Provide decisive leadership and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Manage and resolve passenger concerns, including medical emergencies and disorderly conduct.

Maintain safety compliance by inspecting and operating cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, AEDs, and escape slides).

Execute established procedures and performance standards independently.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency.

Possession of a valid U.S. or foreign passport book (valid for at least 12 months from application date) and necessary visas for travel to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to write factual reports regarding security and emergency events.

Proficiency with electronic devices and Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) for training, tracking sales, and flight duties.

Availability to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and work independently.

Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile, including: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ.
Physical and Appearance Standards

Height must be between 5'0" and 6'0" (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft and emergency equipment.

Must be physically capable of frequent walking, bending, reaching, and operating emergency exits/doors weighing up to 45 pounds.

Must be able to push/pull beverage carts weighing up to 250 pounds.

Corrected vision must not exceed 20/40; hearing range must be normal or corrected within 15-17kHZ.

Professional, neat, and clean appearance is required at all times.

Specific guidelines apply to hair, piercings, and tattoos; visible tattoos must be covered by the uniform or skin-tone-compatible makeup if they exceed established size/location limitations.

Must be willing to wear a company-issued uniform and compliant face mask.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay: $30.32 per flight hour.

Monthly guarantee: 76 flight hours.

Per Diem: $2.25 per hour for duty time away from the domicile.
