Job Title: Cabin Crew Rostering Executive
The successful incumbent will join the Cabin Crew Rostering Department within the Flight Operations Division. The role involves managing the planning, optimization, and publication of monthly cabin crew rosters, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies, perform scenario analysis, conduct rule reviews, and adjust roster parameters within JCR and CM systems to optimize planning and publication.

Manage the timely publication of over 9,000 cabin crew rosters monthly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory and industrial standards.

Plan and support training requirements for existing crew and new trainees, ensuring operational qualifications across various aircraft types to support network growth and operational resilience.

Maintain fairness regarding flying hours and allowances across a diverse crew cohort fleeted on different aircraft types (e.g., A380, B777, B787, A350, B737) through system parameter analysis and adjustments.

Respond promptly to network and aircraft changes to ensure roster amendments are processed prior to publication.

Foster strong working relationships with Cabin Crew Division colleagues, the union (SIASU), and the crew population, effectively communicating roster updates and addressing queries.

Manage a team of 13 staff, comprising 3 Senior Associates and 10 Associates.
Requirements

A good degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Experience in IT projects is preferred.
