Job Overview

The Pilot in Command (PIC) position involves operating Citation Ultra/Encore aircraft as part of a two-pilot crew. This role serves a dedicated client base flying to popular destinations throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Successful candidates will benefit from a collaborative environment that balances professional requirements with quality time at home.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Retain primary responsibility for all aspects of the flight, including the delegation of tasks to the Second-in-Command (SIC).
Review comprehensive weather data and flight planning information.
Ensure the aircraft is properly loaded within center of gravity and gross weight limitations.
Utilize Electronic Flight Bags and digital flight planning software effectively.
Perform physical aircraft inspections and verify airworthiness via the aircraft Status Sheet.
Monitor flight and duty time to ensure strict adherence to CFR § 135 regulations and the Silverhawk Aviation Operations Manual.

Requirements

CE-500 Type Rating.
2,500 hours of total flight time.
500 hours of multi-engine time.
Multi-engine Commercial certificate (ATP preferred).
Valid passport.
90-day currency.
Clean FAA record.
Must be located within a two-hour drive of the Lincoln Airport (Lincoln, NE).
Authorization to work in the United States.
