Job Description: Our Citation Excel IOE Captain position requires 2500 hours total time and 500 hours multi. This position is responsible for evaluating pilots in accordance with company SOP's, OpsSpecs, company GOM, and applicable part 135 regulations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate pilots in accordance with trainings and operational procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance, operational safety, and conformance to company, local, and FAA regulations and policies.
• Provide detailed debriefings and guidance on pilot’s training to Chief Pilot group.
• Assist the Chief Pilot group in developing training standards for training procedures and the continuous development and improvement of the pilot training programs.
• Obtain and review all weather and flight planning data pertaining to the operation.
• Determine if the airplane is properly loaded.
• Perform physical inspections of airplane.
• Refer to aircraft Status Sheet for compliance with required inspections.
• Maintain and monitor flight-time and duty-time.
• All other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• 1-year of Citation Excel PIC experience, required.
  
• CFI/training experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of Citation Excel systems, company SOP's, OpsSpecs, company GOM, and applicable part 135 regulations.
• 2500 hours total time.
• 500 hours multi time.
• 90-day currency.
• Clean FAA record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
