About the Role

The First Officer is integral to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Citation CJ3 aircraft. Responsibilities include meticulous review of aircraft maintenance status, conducting thorough pre-flight inspections, assessing route conditions and weather, and ensuring strict adherence to Silver Air policies, procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations. The role prioritizes the safety of passengers, the aircraft, and the crew, requiring precise completion of all trip-related documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1,500 hours of total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours of multi-engine flight time.
• Possession of a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial pilot travel to and from Canada.
• Demonstrated strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities.
• Proven teamwork and adaptability skills.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability for on-call duties, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• 500 hours of total turbine time is preferred.
• Previous Part 135 experience is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
