About the Role
The Captain will serve as Lead Captain and Aviation Resource Manager, responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of all flights. Key duties include flight planning, maintenance oversight, crew leadership, and liaison with aircraft owners and Silver Air departments. The position involves managing the aircraft management plan, coordinating maintenance, ensuring the aircraft is mission-ready, and participating in crew scheduling and resource management.

- Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States
Requirements
- 3,500 hours total time in all aircraft
- 3,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
- 3,000 hours of multi-engine time
- 2,000 hours as PIC in multi-engine aircraft
- 200 hours in the Falcon 900B, including 100 hours as PIC
- 1,750 hours of turbine time (preferred)
- Type rating on DA-50 or a comparable aircraft
- Valid First Class Medical Certificate
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization
- Previous Part 135 experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient flight operations
- Conduct pre-flight inspections
- Comply with Silver Air policies and Federal Aviation Regulations
- Perform flight planning, fuel management, and weight and balance calculations
- Liaise with aircraft owners and internal departments
- Lead and mentor assigned personnel
- Coordinate maintenance activities
- Manage internal and external resources
- Review monthly financial statements with Accounting and Maintenance
