The First Officer will be instrumental in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations for Sierra West Airlines. This position involves executing flights under various conditions, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall operational success of the airline.
Job Duties

Maintain professional communications for internal and external aircraft communications.

Uphold a professional appearance for passenger flights.

Provide high levels of customer service.

Assist with freight loading/unloading, aircraft cleaning, stocking, and other duties as assigned.

Operate aircraft in compliance with all applicable regulations and corporate policies.

Prioritize flight crew safety and exemplary customer service.

Identify and communicate aircraft deficiencies for maintenance review and correction.

Perform flights during day, night, and all weather conditions.

Undertake other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land and instrument rating OR Airline Transport Pilot License.

Certified Flight Instructor (CFI).

Current Instrument Proficiency Check.

English Proficient.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

First Class FAA Medical Certificate.

FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit.

Current Passport.

Eligibility to work in the United States.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft.

Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and required background checks.

Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned base and travel extensively.

Availability to work various shifts, overtime, and occasional after-hour call outs.

1500 hours Total Time (TT).

500 hours Multi-Engine (ME).
-
iPad required when reporting for duty.

Preferred Qualifications

Part 135 experience.

Familiarity with company aircraft.

Previous cargo experience.

LR-60 SIC Type Rating.

Certified Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI).

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license.
